Billing profiles

Overview

A billing profile contains your billing address, invoices contact, payment method, billing currency, and other information for you to pay for the products/services you purchase from DoiT. You also manage invoice settings via the billing profile, whether to get one invoice per asset type, or one invoice per custom bucket (invoice bucketing).

If your organization has entities with different invoices requirements (e.g., different payment methods, currencies), you'll need to set up multiple billing profiles.

Access billing profiles

To access billing profiles, select Billing from the top navigation bar, and then select Billing profiles.

View billing profiles

Select the name of a billing profile on the main Billing profiles screen to view its configuration.
