Why do some sandbox projects not belong to an organization?

It is possible that when creating the sandbox there was no organization created yet.

To check the creation time of your organization, run the following command in CloudShell with the Organization Viewer role:

gcloud organizations describe $NAME_OF_YOUR_ORG
